What is the Cottage Line Civic League?
The Cottage Line Civic League of Norfolk, Virginia serves as a voice of the Cottage Line Community in its relationships with the City and other civic groups to keep Cottage LIne a livable, safe, family-oriented beach community.
The League is one of Norfolk’s 138 active community organizations formed in order to facilitate communication between residents and the City Leaders to assure that local initiatives and issues impacting our neighborhood are given the appropriate attention.
Where is Cottage Line?
The Cottage Line community encompasses the area bounded on the north and south sides of East Ocean View Avenue including the beach area, from Norfolk Avenue on the west to First Bay Street on the east and homes on North side of the 900 block of Hillside Ave.
